ANZ Launches Management Fundamental Program

25 of the top leaders within ANZ PNG today started their 9 month leadership journey with RdL. The program was opened by their Managing Director and CEO, Mark Baker. The team will participate in 4 x 1 week leadership modules, project teams, strategic initiatives, culture change and personal coaching sessions to ensure their is behavioural change and a shift in focus to further drive Customer Excellence. ANZ is leading the way in the investment in their people and future leaders.
